Interpreting your results

The purpose of the assessments is to help increase your awareness of pertinent issues and circumstances in your life. Often we take things we know about ourselves and our situation for granted - processing them on a superficial level. The chapter assessments can be valuable in simply helping us to better internalize and recognising the findings.

Beyond this, the results can highlight which chapter themes and issues will be of higher relevance to you, as follows:

• If your results tend to mostly disagree then the subject matter is of higher importance to you.
• If your results tend to mostly agree then you are already doing well with regard to the subject matter.

Take a moment to internalise your results and whether the subject and themes of the chapter are ones that you should give particular care to.
